Yeah, pretty much. The cheat will only work with build 8, so make sure that's the one you have. It's the one with the GU themed interface.

At some point on February 25th 2017 the Netslum server went offline unexpectedly, we're working to restore service ASAP.

The issue was an outage on our hosting provider's end.

All of the downloads you need are in the description of that youtube video, I believe.
