Simple menu translations

Following on from a few different strands of conversation in the chat room here is a small patch for the original game files that incorporates a few different patches (Aramaki's DNAS patch, Netslum's Redirect Patch, and a really basic menu translation by me)

I didn't change much and these probably aren't the official names for things, so if somebody else wants to take the reins you should look in DATA/GCMNF.prg and HACK_00.ELF.
Just to clarify, this is for an original iso: crc 273933B4
