Well, if you have ps2 and ethernet network cable, you must create a network configuration with the iso diskconfigurator, create the configuration with these dns 45.7.228.197 and save it in the memory card, then enter the game / online mode / choose the saved configuration you created / enter the worl / loads or create character / then go to the lobby press circle after triangle choose area servers / servers and you will see the servers that are enabled and ready
